Phinest Group

A luxury group platform that keeps four brands coherent without flattening them.

The problem

Phinest is not one company. It is a Dubai-headquartered group: architects, interiors, properties, and development. The site had to introduce the group without collapsing four brands into a single generic “we do everything” page.

Constraints

Luxury audiences punish clutter. Each brand needed its own room. The group still needed a single origin story and a single way to get in touch. Information architecture mattered more than decoration.

Decisions

  • A group homepage that states the vision once, then hands off to the four houses
  • Shared visual language (type, space, restraint) with distinct brand chapters
  • Navigation that treats the companies as peers, not footer links
  • Content written as a studio, not as a contractor directory

What I built

  • A multi-brand information architecture for four operating companies
  • Chapter pages for Architects, Properties, Interiors, and Development
  • A cinematic scrolling narrative that still works on a phone
  • A contact path that can route interest without a maze of forms

Result

A group platform that keeps four brands coherent. Live at phinest-group.com.
